    3. I am a working full-time wife and mother of three. I give everything to my family and my job, both of which I adore. But I am severely overweight, relatively healthy although sedentary due to chronic fatigue. I hope to learn to cook and eat healthier, have more energy to play with my kids and lose at least 50 lbs! You know, just the little stuff...

  7. Great offer! My goal for 2012 is to take better care of myself. I've been vegan for a year (despite living in the meat capital of Europe), but need help making better choices - eating what my body needs instead of what feels good at the time AND making a commitment to get more movement in.

    3 - 2012 goals - Get back to being a full time vegan and become more fit. I've reached my goal weight but need to gain more overall fitness. Specifically I want to finish the P90X program (starting week 7 tomorrow) and then train for a 10k race.
